Inter Milan defeats Juventus 3-2 in Derby d’Italia

Inter Milan secured a 3-2 victory against Juventus at the Giuseppe Meazza stadium. The scoring opened in the 17th minute when Juventus player Andrea Cambiaso scored an own goal, though he equalized for his team in the 26th minute. In the 42nd minute, Juventus defender Pierre Kalulu was sent off after receiving a second yellow card. Despite the numerical disadvantage, Juventus remained competitive throughout the second half. Inter took the lead again in the 76th minute through Pio Esposito, but Manuel Locatelli equalized for the visitors in the 83rd minute. Piotr Zielinski scored the decisive goal for Cristian Chivu's side in the 90th minute. This result leaves Inter eight points ahead of second-placed AC Milan, although they have played one additional game. Juventus remains in fifth place in the standings with 46 points.
