Marina Azinou secured the first-place position and a gold medal at the Under-21 Open Cup held in Tunisia. She achieved this result after winning three consecutive matches against competitors from Egypt, Tunisia, and Ghana. This victory awards her 100 points in the Under-21 world rankings, where she is projected to rise to the 13th position. Azinou was accompanied by her coach, Christos Skouroumounis, during the competition. Other members of the national delegation also participated in the event, though they did not achieve podium results.
