Trump administration sues Harvard University over admission records

The lawsuit also avoids requesting a revocation of federal funding at this stage. Earlier this month, President Donald Trump stated his administration sought $1 billion from the university to settle investigations into its educational policies. This lawsuit is part of a broader government effort to influence university policies through federal funding oversight. Harvard representatives did not immediately respond to requests for comment regarding the filing.
