AEL Limassol defeats Achilleas Kaimakliou in ECOMMBX Basket League

In the 17th round of the ECOMMBX Basket League, TRIA EKA AEL secured its sixth consecutive victory by defeating Achilleas Kaimakliou 76-65. Although Reynolds scored first for Achilleas with a three-pointer, AEL responded with an 8-0 run and led 23-16 by the end of the first quarter. By the 19th minute, the Limassol team established a 16-point lead, closing the first half at 46-31. Achilleas attempted a comeback, narrowing the gap to 49-45 in the third quarter and eventually to a single point at 63-62 by the 35th minute. AEL regained control with a seven-point run led by Taylor to make the score 70-62 with two and a half minutes remaining. Despite a late three-pointer by Mansel, AEL finished the game with six unanswered points from Taylor and Flowers. This victory marks AEL's 12th win of the season.
