Cablenet presents strategic plan and new high-speed internet products in Cyprus

Cablenet CEO Ioannis Mauridis and Chairman Nikhil Patil presented the company's long-term strategy and new product offerings during a press briefing. The strategy emphasizes simplified service plans and continued investment from its majority shareholder, GO Group (Go Malta). Two new home internet plans were introduced: GigaMax Internet, offering speeds of 1Gbps, and Super 300M with 300Mbps. The GigaMax plan is currently available to 280,000 households in Cyprus and includes a six-month free trial period. New service features include same-day activation and a 30-day trial period for new subscribers. The company also introduced Smart Wi-Fi+, a mesh technology solution for home connectivity. Cablenet positions itself as a challenger in the local telecommunications market with a focus on service transparency. The management confirmed their commitment to investing in the digital future of Cyprus.
