New residential real estate projects announced in Limassol districts

Several new residential projects have been announced in the Limassol districts of Omonoia and Agia Fyla. In Omonoia, a new building project featuring three 3-bedroom apartments has received all necessary planning and building permits. Each unit in this development includes 112 square meters of internal space and 19 square meters of covered verandas, with construction expected to be completed within 14 months of the sales agreement signing. In the Agia Fyla area, two separate residential units are scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. This includes a 2-bedroom apartment and a 2-bedroom penthouse, both designed by an award-winning architect. The penthouse in Agia Fyla features a 73-square-meter roof garden, a private overflow swimming pool, and a barbecue area. Both Agia Fyla properties will be equipped with photovoltaic systems, private storage rooms, and covered parking spaces.
