Time Out survey identifies global cities with highest sexual activity

A survey conducted by Time Out involving 18,500 residents of major global cities analyzed the frequency of sexual activity among urban populations. The results show that Macau, China, and Krakow, Poland, share the top position, with 67% of respondents reporting sexual activity at least once a week. Guadalajara, São Paulo, and Luxembourg follow in second place with a 66% rate, while Porto ranks third at 64%. Brazil emerged as the country with the most significant representation, placing three cities in the top 20, followed by Mexico with two cities. The data highlights a broader trend often referred to as a sexual recession, noting that Generation Z engages in less sexual activity compared to previous generations. These findings were released ahead of Valentine's Day to provide insights into modern social habits and dating intentions. The study ranks cities based on the percentage of locals who meet the weekly activity threshold. Overall, the research reflects how social changes are impacting human connections and the frequency of intimacy worldwide.
