The event was held in collaboration with the Cyprus Fencing Federation and the Limassol Fencing Club. As the first Cypriot fencer to qualify for and compete in the Olympic Games, Tofalides provided guidance to athletes and their parents. The seminar focused on the psychological, physical, and technical aspects of preparation for training and competition. Specific emphasis was placed on injury prevention and mental performance during high-pressure matches. Participants engaged in specialized fitness routines and fencing-specific footwork drills led by Tofalides. The athlete also shared strategies for managing negative emotions and improving focus and self-confidence. The overall goal was to provide coaches, parents, and fencers with practical routines for high-level daily training.
