Development of Limassol Greens residential and golf project in Cyprus

Limassol Greens is transitioning from a construction project to an operational golf and residential destination, with 2026 marking a new phase of expansion. In September 2025, the development reached a major milestone with the handover of its first 74 residences. These properties include 22 villas and 52 apartments located within the Robin East and Robin West buildings. The project's 18-hole golf course, designed by architect Cabell B. Robinson, became fully operational in late 2025. Measuring 6,300 meters, the course features Tahoma 31 grass and follows the natural topography of the site. It opened to members on October 1, 2025, and subsequently to the general public on December 1, 2025. Supporting facilities include a 320-meter driving range equipped with 30 TrackMan technology screens. The development aims to integrate premium lifestyle infrastructure into the Limassol region as it moves forward in 2026.
