Cyprus multi-day weather forecast shows rising temperatures and dust levels
The weather in Cyprus from Wednesday through the following Monday is characterized by a transition from unsettled conditions to warmer, dustier weather. On Wednesday and Thursday, cloudy skies will bring isolated showers and potential storms, particularly in the western and southern regions, with temperatures reaching up to 20°C. Fog is expected in the mountains where temperatures will hover around 3°C. By Saturday, conditions will begin to clear, although isolated rain may persist in the north and west. Saturday will also see the strongest winds, with gusts reaching 6 Beaufort on windward coasts and mountain peaks. Sunday and the following Monday will see a significant rise in temperatures, reaching up to 24°C in lowland and coastal areas. These temperatures are 5-8°C above the seasonal average. Dust will be suspended in the atmosphere during these final days. Overnight temperatures will range from 7°C to 14°C across the island, while Chionistra will see lows between 1°C and 9°C.
