Research collaboration between HRDA and ERC for evaluating the impact of HRDA schemes
The Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) and the Economics Research Centre (ERC) of the University of Cyprus have signed a research collaboration agreement. This partnership aims to revise the integrated system used to evaluate the impact of HRDA schemes on human resources and businesses. The agreement involves a critical review of the current evaluation methodology and the questionnaires distributed to participants and stakeholders. Furthermore, the collaboration will assess the broader impact of HRDA's various activities on the Cypriot economy. It also includes an evaluation of performance indicators within the Strategic Plan, with proposals for potential updates or additions. The agreement was officially signed by Dr. Marios Demetriades representing the university and Yiannis Mourouzides, the Director General of HRDA.
