USA: Washington and Moscow agreed to restore high-level military dialogue

The U.S. military announced that Washington and Moscow have agreed to re-establish high-level military dialogue after talks in Abu Dhabi. This communication channel had been suspended in late 2021 prior to the conflict in Ukraine. The resumption follows meetings in the UAE capital between U.S. General Alexus G. Grynkewich and high-ranking Russian military officials. The European Command of the US Armed Forces (EUCOM) confirmed the agreement.
